Rock ON
Yesterday, Seema and I got a chance to watch "Rock On". Its a wonderful movie and is a tale of four friends who form a rock band. Its a story of how small things could bring in misunderstanding between friends and also about how we can patch up if we just reach out. The songs are all in place and there is no over dramatization like in other bollywood movies.
I think this is one sensible movie after a very long time and recommend as must-watch.
Incidently this was the first time I went to the Fame Lido multiplex and it was a very claustrophobic experience. The old world charm of the Lido theatre has been bulldozed by a huge concrete structure, all the trees are gone, all the huge open space has been swallowed up. There is no decent parking space and no entry, exit directions - and worst of all .. the place is a HUGE fire hazard. Can't understand how they get permission to build such structures.
